We hope our products will always make you happy, however if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to receive a full refund or have an item exchanged, please keep in mind that you have up to 14 days to return the goods and cash refunded only to the account from which the order was paid.
If 14 days have gone by since you received a product (unless product is faulty), we can not offer a refund or exchange. But please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product is faulty.
We do our best to ensure the most detailed information on the measurements of the product so please pay attention to that before purchasing. Colors may vary in different types of lighting and with different monitor settings.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or return on custom made products (your rights to a refund are preserved for faulty items).
KIDDAY will make exchanges to items of the same price or to a similar item free of charge. If an item returned is exchanged to a cheaper one, we will refund the price difference to the customer. If the item returned is exchanged to a more expensive one, the customer shall pay an amount equal to the price difference.
In case of product exchange to another size, colour, or model, customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs (unless product is faulty).
KIDDAY accepts to change the product if it is returned in as new condition, clean, neat, not damaged, with all the details and in original package. Any product returned damaged or soiled will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. KIDDAY will not pay to return these items to customer. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Size, colour or style exchange requests are subject to availability of stock.

In case you want to return the product please follow steps below:
- Send an email to email@example.com with the details of the goods you wish to return and the reason of that decision.
- KIDDAY will respond with details of returns address, returns form and further instructions.
- Print a copy of your invoice and highlight or circle the items that you wish to return.
- Pack all items with your invoice in secure packaging or re-use the original packaging if applicable. Please ensure all items are securely enclosed as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
- Send package to our returns address. We strongly recommend insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
- Once we have received your return, we will inspect and process the items within 48 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. After this process we will send you an email confirming your return, and how it is being processed.
